Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, einen Überblick über web-basierte, öffentlich zugängliche Informationssysteme im Bereich humanitärer Hilfe zu geben. Es soll gezeigt werden, wo die Stakeholder von Entwicklungs- oder Nothilfeprojekten Informationen finden können.
Beschreibung der Untersuchung
Im Beobachtungszeitraum von August 2000 bis Januar 2001 (Aktualisierungen im Juni und August 2001) wurden öffentlich zugängliche Websites mit Informationen im Bereich humanitärer Projekte (Nothilfe, Entwicklungshilfe) untersucht. Die folgenden Aspekte wurden analysiert: Name des Informationssystems und dessen Trägerorganisation, die Mission, bzw. die Hauptziele, sowie das Zielpublikum und die angebotenen Informationen. Das Zielpublikum entspricht den oben genannten Stakeholdern.
Web-basierte Informationssysteme
Die folgende Tabelle bietet eine Übersicht über Websites im Bereich humanitärer Hilfe. Die Informationssysteme wurden nach den Schwerpunkten Entwicklungshilfe bzw. Nothilfe und nach ihrem weltweiten oder regionalen Fokus klassiert. Bei den Informationen wurde zwischen organisationsübergreifenden bzw. organisationsinternen unterschieden. Wenn möglich wurde eine Sortierung nach Hauptzielen vorgenommen. Problematisch bei der Klassifizierung der Web-Sites ist, dass eine eindeutige Zuordnung nur selten möglich ist.
